This rare little songbird was sculpted from a combination of carved basswood, spun cotton and wire, then painted with water based paint. Her clothes are made of scrap cotton and linen and she carries a purse made of cashmere and seed beads. She stands almost 4” tall alone on her wire bird feet rather nicely.
