Mushroom Cluster 3
These mushrooms were sculpted using spun cotton around a wire armature, then painted using various paint and stiffening solutions. Inspired by antique spun cotton ornaments made in central Europe, it is about 4" long and 1 1/2" wide, at the widest part. It would look great hanging on a feather tree, a mobile, a vase of birch branches, Christmas tree or anywhere else. A waxed cotton cord with a signature stamp will be attached.
