Lilibet was sculpted from carved basswood, cotton, wool and paint. I carved her head, upper torso to the waist and lower limbs out of basswood and painted them with layers of acrylic paint. Her lower torso from the waist down is made of cotton that was weighted with glass beads and wool. Her upper arms and legs are made of wool stuffed cotton. Her hair is made of dyed flax that is sewn into place, her clothes are plant dyed linen and lace, with hand stitched embellishments.
She is about 12” tall and can be displayed sitting on a shelf or in a doll chair.
