Folk Art Doll, Meg

Meg was sculpted from cloth and paper clay, then painted with acrylic paint. Her head and shoes were sculpted from paper clay and her arms and legs are sewn, turned and stuffed cotton. Meg’s clothes are made of scrap wool, lace and cashmere. Her thick unruly hair is made of dyed angora mohair.

She is about 11" tall and there is a loop attached to her back to be displayed on a wall or she can be displayed sitting propped on a shelf, in a doll chair, or on the black metal kaiser doll stand that is included.
