I carved this little pumpkin moonshine dolls head out of basswood and painted it with layers of watercolor paint with a beeswax finish. Her body is constructed from cotton sticks and wool. Her clothes are made of scrap cotton and cashmere, embellished with a vintage button and hand stitching.
She is about 7” tall, which includes the height of the stem, and can be displayed on the the saddle style doll stand I made for her or sitting propped on a shelf or doll chair.
